Nowadays, there are lots of CS board, SB board, polystyrene board, polyphenyl particle board, etc in sound insulation and heat preservation systems on the market. The mortar plastering machine is easy to handle the mortar surface of these halftones with this machine, and meantime can reach good rigidity and good adhesion, no hollowing and crack. However, if handle that with manual, it will be difficult and meantime makes a low rigidity and binding strength, often result in hollowing, crack, etc.

The mixture ratio of raw materials
Due to region diversity, the cement and sand are different. According to the national standard ratio of 1:3 and considering the operation of our machine, the ratio is listed as following:

Remark: the grain diameter should be less than 3mm
The personnel needed in operation: one person fills material, one person operates the gun to spray, another person does some assistant work (for instance: assistant to remove the hose), one person mixes the material.
To avoid the mortar solidifying in the pipe during the working break, this machine is installed with automatic recycling spraying system (e.g. recycling once per 5 minutes, 30 second per time, the break time can be adjusted manually), so that make sure the nozzle-type machine will not be blocked, ensure a normal running. This machine is installed safety operation control system. Whichever process breaks out a fault, the equipment will stop working automatically. In this way, it ensures the safety of not only the operator but also the machine itself, meantime promptly reminding the operator to shoot the trouble, saving as much time as possible.
Operation process
Keeping the air pump running for 2-5 minutes after turn on the machine (heating up the grease lubrication to make the air pump work normally), then add the mixture of water and cement into the hopper (to lubricate the hose), then add the normal material to start working.
When finishing the work, the machine should be cleaned. Clean the material in the hopper with water out of the hose, until the clean water flow out. Then dismantle the hose, at last hang the hose vertically, clean the sand in the inner surface of the hose with clean water.
Remark: when you start the machine, turn on the air pump at first, then the material; but when turn off the machine, you should stop the material first then the air pump, in case that the air hole of the spraying gun is blocked.
